Jeffco Open Space Foundation is proud to be the Presenting Sponsor for the JCOS National Public Lands Day (NPLD) event on September 27, 2025. NPLD is the nation’s largest single-day volunteer event for public lands.
Your business or organization can partner with us to sponsor National Public Lands Day at one of the following levels:
- BRONZE in-kind to $500
- SILVER $1500
- GOLD $2500
- PLATINUM $2500+
Jeffco Open Space’s 2024 NPLD event involved 67 partners. Over 400 volunteers picked up 1,715 pounds of recyclable material and 5,915 pounds of trash across 19.5 miles of trail, in addition to other restoration projects. The cumulative clean-up on National Public Lands Day in Jeffco since 2019 is 47,905 pounds of trash!
In 2025, Jeffco Open Space is working with Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Golden and Denver Mountain Parks for specific tasks throughout the county and even into Adams County on NPLD.
Your sponsorship could provide meals, raffle prizes, or necessary supplies for the volunteers that are giving their time to public lands. These county-wide cleanups will culminate in a celebration at Bear Creek Lake Park with food trucks, live music, and prizes. Sponsors will be highlighted leading up to and on the project.
